There is no public POST /api/v1/campaigns. Campaign definition is dashboard-only.

Steps

Open campaign wizard

Dashboard → Campaigns → create campaign.

Choose API / Custom CRM data source

Select ingest mode so dataSourceType / contactIngestMode is api. Empty contacts are OK.

Configure dial assets

Script, phone number, schedule, concurrency. For WhatsApp/email without a dial, attach templates in Omni Channel (campaign Follow-up pick is optional).

Start the campaign

Status active. API-ingest campaigns stay active with zero contacts (they do not auto-complete on an empty queue).

Copy campaignId

From the campaign URL, or GET /api/v1/campaigns / GET /api/v1/campaigns/{id} — List campaigns. Use it in POST /api/v1/leads.
