> Before issuing live keys to integrators.

* [ ] Super Admin approve flow tested (sandbox then live)
* [ ] API campaign created in UI and stays active empty
* [ ] `POST /leads` with consent succeeds; DNC blocks as expected
* [ ] `GET /omni/templates` returns profiles + template ids; direct WhatsApp/email send uses `templateVariables` / `whatsappParams`
* [ ] Kill switch returns `503 api_globally_disabled`
* [ ] Webhooks signed and verified (if used)
* [ ] Event routes mapped for ERP `eventType`s (if used)
* [ ] Rate limits acceptable for expected burst
* [ ] Support knows audit log + webhook delivery log collections
* [ ] Market NDNC / legal decision recorded if required (business gate)
